The hotel room was surprisingly spacious for a
family with an extra bed at no additional cost. The location was ideal, close to JR Hyogo Station, but the breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with convenient amenities nearby.

The spacious room had breathtaking mountain views and a cozy atmosphere, making me feel like I was atop a fluffy cloud. The large TV offered my favorite streaming options, adding to my delightful stay!
More amenities for seniors would be appreciated.

The room was spacious, super clean, and really comfy. I loved the big TV where I could connect my streaming services. The bed was cozy, and the mountain view added a nice touch. Plus, I had my own bath and the air conditioner worked perfectly. No issues with wifi, which is always a plus!

The food in Kobe was a feast for my senses! I dive into barbecued delights, with local izakayas serving up mouthwatering dishes, especially at Kanetake and Gyukaku! My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just perfect after a day of culinary adventures.
The lobby could use a makeover, but who cares when the vibe inside is so vibrant? Just a small blip on my otherwise fantastic stay.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday
Comfortable bed, convenient location, with the nearby Hyogo station just 4-5 minutes away making it easy to explore the city, and the staff was nice while the room included essential amenities like coffee and green tea.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend getaway in Kobe with very good value for money. The room had a nice view, though there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Avoid the 7th floor if you’re sensitive to smoke.

I loved the location of the hotel, just a short 4-5 minute walk from the Hyogo station. The staff greeted me nicely upon arrival, which instantly made me feel welcomed. Having coffee and green tea in my room was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, but it felt a bit small for two adults. I stayed on the 7th floor, and the corridor had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which wasn't pleasant. The elevator could have used a good cleaning too. I noticed the room lacked some amenities like a body sponge and women’s toiletries such as moisturizer and face wash, which would have been helpful. I really enjoyed my time, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience.

Great view and spacious room, but the lift was slow during peak times.

missingWrote a review on Oct 24spacious roommodern comfortstreet noiseparking limitationslimited beverage options
The stay included a wonderfully spacious and clean Twin Room, with modern comforts that truly enhanced the experience. Within just a short 16-minute journey, we enjoyed local attractions like the stunning Suma Seaside Park and the new aquarium. Although the coffee and tea were a lovely touch, there was a bit of noise from nearby streets during the night. Parking options could also be better explained for guests unfamiliar with the area.
-
missingWrote a review on Oct 14cigarette smell
The 7th floor has a designated smoking area, which leaves the corridor with a noticeable cigarette smell that wafts into the room. The elevator could use a deep clean as it felt a bit rundown. Additionally, the lack of amenities like body sponges, moisturizers, or lotions may feel inadequate after a long journey, particularly for travelers seeking complete comfort.
